indiPDF License Agreement

Version 1.0 — Effective January 2026

This is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and Indomitus Group (“Company”), developed by Matt Milano. By using indiPDF, you agree to these terms.

In Plain English

indiPDF is commercial software. You can try it for free (with watermarks added when you save), or purchase a license to save without watermarks. Either way, the software is provided “as-is” — we do our best to make it great, but we can’t guarantee it’s perfect or accept responsibility if something goes wrong.

1. What You Can Do

With a Free (Unlicensed) Copy:

  • Use all features of indiPDF
  • Open, view, edit, and annotate PDFs
  • Save and export PDFs (a small watermark will be added to saved files)

With a Purchased License:

  • Everything above, with no watermarks added to future saves
  • Use the software on multiple personal devices you own
  • Keep using the software forever (for lifetime licenses) or for your subscription period

Important: Purchasing a license removes watermarks from files you save after activation. It does not remove watermarks from PDFs that were previously saved while unlicensed. To get a watermark-free version of a previously saved file, you must re-edit and save the original source file after activating your license.

You May Not:

  • Share, sell, or redistribute your license key
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices
  • Use the software for illegal purposes

2. Ownership

indiPDF is owned by Indomitus Group and Matt Milano. Purchasing a license gives you the right to use the software — it does not transfer ownership of the software itself.

3. No Warranty (The “As-Is” Part)

indiPDF is provided “AS IS” without any warranty of any kind.

We don’t guarantee that: – The software will work perfectly or without interruption – The software will meet all your specific needs – Any errors or bugs will be fixed – The software won’t cause issues with your files or system

You use indiPDF at your own risk. Always keep backups of important files.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Indomitus Group and Matt Milano shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to: – Lost data or corrupted files – Lost profits or business interruption – Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages – Any claims by third parties

This applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our maximum liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Indomitus Group and Matt Milano from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: – Your use of indiPDF – Your violation of this agreement – Any files or content you create, modify, or distribute using indiPDF

6. Updates and Changes

We may update indiPDF and this license from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes means you accept the new terms.

7. Termination

Your license may be terminated if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using indiPDF and delete all copies.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Indomitus Group is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
